• CRM & deal data: pipeline, listings, documents, and deal-room contents you upload or sync.
• Transaction data: records needed to process marketplace payments (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage data: device, log, and analytics data about how you use the platform.

3. How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
• To build relationship maps and surface opportunities for your account only.
• To facilitate marketplace listings, NDAs, data rooms, and payments.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and your private pipeline and relationship data is never used to inform other members’ deal flow. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing), counterparties you explicitly transact with, or when required by law.

5. Connected accounts (email, calendar, CRM)

When you connect a third-party account, we access only the data needed to provide the feature you enabled, in line with the applicable provider’s API terms. You can disconnect any integration at any time, which stops further access.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We encrypt data in transit and at rest and restrict internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
